Bookings are on a first come first served basis.  You can pay online by choosing the week you want via the category pages and following the instructions.  The categories are split into months and show which weeks are available to book during that month. Full payment is requierd at time of booking.

If the date you require is not shown please contact us to check availability. 

Alternatively contact us via  email with written confirmation of your name, address, contact number and mobile number if possible.  A non refundable £50 deposit is required.  Following receipt of your deposit you will be sent confirmation of your reservation. Balance of the payment is due six weeks prior to the arrival date.

Prices for short breaks are available upon request

In the event of a customer cancellation a full refund will be given if the property is re-let at the full rent, otherwise the amount paid is forfeit.  If we should have to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund. There would be no further claim against us.

For the comfort of all our guests the cottage is strictly no pets & strictly no smoking.

The cottage will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate the premises before 10am on the day of departure.

We are unable to accept liability to any member of the holiday party for any personal injury or sickness, loss or damage to property, including vehicles, however sustained, nor for the loss or theft of belongings and/or money during your stay.
